Kast

Integrity Guarantee

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Our Commitment

Kast Virtual Staging stages your room without altering its structure. Walls, windows, doors and fixed architectural features remain unchanged in your results. We put this guarantee in writing because a virtually staged photo has to represent the property accurately. A room whose structure has been altered cannot be listed.

What the Guarantee Covers

If 3 or more variations from a single job contain drastic structural alterations, such as moved or removed windows, repositioned walls, or significantly changed room proportions, you are eligible to submit a claim. We will review your case and return that photo to your balance if the claim is valid.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The following do not qualify for a claim: lighting adjustments and shadow differences between the original and the staged result; individual variation quality (for example, one variation looks worse than the others); furniture style or placement choices; colour or tone differences caused by AI rendering; and results where only 1 or 2 variations out of 3 contain structural changes.

How a Returned Photo Works

If your claim is approved, the photo is returned to your balance automatically. No payment refunds are issued. Returned photos go back to your balance for use on future jobs, and are limited to one per job.

Limitations

This guarantee applies to virtual staging jobs only. Declutter jobs are not covered. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of generation, and we cannot process claims for older jobs. Kast Staging reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria above.
